OEM Reseller & Channel Partners
First Call Group is the U.S.-based, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that serves as your authorized reseller and compliance layer into the federal market — handling the procurement vehicles, certifications, and delivery requirements that otherwise keep manufacturers out.
The Opportunity
The U.S. federal government is one of the largest and most stable buyers of critical infrastructure equipment in the world. For most manufacturers the obstacle to that market is not product quality or price — it is compliance and procurement access. Without a U.S.-based channel partner carrying the right certifications and contract vehicles, an OEM's products are effectively invisible to federal buyers.
The Barriers We Remove
- Trade Agreements Act (TAA) — origin rules satisfied through U.S.-based assembly, integration, or configuration
- CMMC — defense cybersecurity certification flowing through a compliant channel
- NIST SP 800-171 / FIPS — configuration, firmware validation, and supply-chain documentation
- GSA Schedule & contract vehicles — the MAS, IDIQ, GWAC, and BPA paths agencies actually buy through
- Small business set-asides — SDVOSB eligibility reserved for certified U.S. small businesses
- Buy American / procurement rules — navigated as part of compliant delivery
